Notice of Intent to Sole Source TRANE

The Hawaii Air National Guard intends to issue a sole source contract to Trane U.S. Inc. to upgrade existing HVAC Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems in multiple facilities at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The work includes replacing legacy Trane Building Control Units (BCUs) with new Trane Tracer SC+ System Controllers, furnishing and installing Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and providing all software programming and integration required to seamlessly connect these systems to the existing, campus-wide Trane Tracer Ensemble Server/User Interface. • The contract will be a firm-fixed priced contract. • The work requires the use of proprietary service software, tools, and firmware that are highly restricted and available exclusively to direct, factory-trained Trane technicians. • Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit complete information in writing describing their ability to provide the product/services.
