GCDSE Community Inclusion Supports & Services (CISS) Committee Meeting

The Governor’s Council on Disabilities and Special Education (GCDSE) is preparing a Universal Changing Table Assistance Fund for FY 27. The Council has secured $250,000 and issued a Request for Information (RFI) to gather data on public interest, cost estimates, and resource availability for a statewide grant program that will fund the installation of universal changing tables in public and private facilities. The RFI is the first step toward hiring a contractor to collect and analyze this information, develop program guidelines, and manage the subsequent grant award process.
