The County of Santa Clara (County) Health System Behavioral Health Services Department (BHSD) is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified and experienced firms (Offerors), to provide a variety of services which support the Adult and Older Adult (AOA) System of Care including the Forensic, Diversion, and Reintegration (FDR) Division. Most of the programs will serve underserved adults (ages 18-59) and older adults (ages 60 and over) of Santa Clara County diagnosed with severe mental health-related problems.
