The U.S. Navy is seeking a supplier to provide a bonnet for a 3‑inch ball valve that meets a long list of Navy‑specific quality, inspection, and material certification requirements. The work includes strict traceability, testing, and documentation (including certificates of compliance) for Special Emphasis material, as well as adherence to numerous military and commercial standards (e.g., MIL‑C‑24679, FED‑STD‑H28, ISO‑9001). The contractor must maintain a documented quality system, support government source inspection, and provide all required certifications and engineering data prior to shipment. • Supply of a bonnet (Item 2) per Drawing 517‑5486333, material MIL‑C‑24679 (Alloy C71500). • Full compliance with extensive QA, traceability, and certification requirements (non‑destructive testing, thread inspection, welding procedures, etc.). • Submission of all documentation via WAWF/ECDS before any material is shipped, with a hard deadline of 20 Nov 2026.
