25-70 RFP Live & Work Study

The City of Atlantic City is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to aid in the creation of the Live & Work Atlantic City Coalition and the development of marketing materials to attract residents and businesses. The selected consultant will be tasked with organizing employers and developers, developing tactics and incentives, and creating a marketing and branding plan. The ultimate goal of this project is to attract investments and new residents while fostering a sustainable economic environment. Key responsibilities include: • Organizing employers and developers to form the Live & Work Atlantic City Coalition • Developing tactics and incentives to attract residents and businesses • Creating a marketing and branding plan to effectively inform and engage employers, job seekers, and community partners • Leveraging pre-existing community plans and stakeholder knowledge to inform the project The City of Atlantic City has experienced significant economic challenges in recent years, including a decline in the casino industry and a high unemployment rate. The City is seeking a consultant who can help develop a comprehensive plan to revitalize the local economy and attract new investments and residents.
