Boiler Maintenance Services – Office of Capitol Facility

The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration is seeking a qualified vendor to perform routine boiler maintenance services for the Office of Capitol facilities. The contract will cover preventive inspections, repairs, parts replacement, and emergency service support to ensure continuous, safe operation of the building’s heating systems. This is a non‑IT, personnel‑services solicitation that requires experience with large‑scale boiler systems in government or institutional settings. • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, and testing of all boilers on the Capitol campus. • Provide corrective maintenance, parts replacement, and 24/7 emergency response as needed. • Supply all labor, tools, materials, and documentation required for compliance with state safety regulations. • Maintain records of service activities and submit regular performance reports to DFA. • Must demonstrate prior experience with similar government boiler maintenance contracts.
