Safe Sleep Hawaii Coalition and Summit Coordinator

The State of Hawaii’s Department of Health requires a qualified vendor to serve as the Safe Sleep Hawaiʻi Coalition and Summit Coordinator. The contractor will act as the primary liaison for the coalition, organize and facilitate at least six coalition meetings, maintain coalition documentation, conduct data reviews, and lead a statewide Safe Sleep Summit for roughly 100 attendees. The work includes event planning, logistics, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and post‑event evaluation, all within an Oct 2026‑Jun 2027 performance window. • Serve as single point of contact for the Safe Sleep Hawaiʻi Coalition and the Summit. • Plan, coordinate, and execute a statewide Safe Sleep Summit (venue, agenda, registration, presenters, logistics). • Facilitate a minimum of six coalition meetings, maintain work plans, policy trackers, membership lists, and produce annual data reviews. • Provide final reporting, evaluation results (≥ 60 % response rate), and submit invoices within 30 days of project completion.
