K-12 Community Engagement Facilitation and Data Analysis

The DeKalb County School District is seeking a vendor to provide K-12 community engagement facilitation and data analysis services. The successful vendor will be required to provide services in accordance with the specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions stated in the RFP. The services will include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The vendor will be required to perform and fulfill all the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions, and agreements of the RFP document and any negotiated contract. Some key points to consider are: • The procurement will be on a formally advertised basis • Proposals must be responsive to all aspects of the RFP • The successful vendor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and/or ACORD form • The vendor will be required to maintain the following insurance coverage during the term of the agreement: workers' compensation insurance, commercial general liability policy, automobile liability policy, and commercial umbrella or excess liability policy • The vendor will be required to comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act • The vendor will be required to execute and return any and all affidavits required by the Act and the rules and regulations issued by the Georgia Department of Labor
