DG10--Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source to CSP MGT LLC Network Internet Service / Equipment - LR/NLR

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to award a sole source contract to CSP MGT LLC for network internet service/equipment. The contractor will provide high-speed internet services to the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) locations in Little Rock and North Little Rock. The scope of work includes providing all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, cabling, supervision, and transportation required to provide high-speed internet services. The contractor must provide services to the demarcation point and routing equipment capable of managing the provider's signal. The government is seeking to continue previous service with the existing equipment installed with Windstream Products/hardware. Key responsibilities include providing Wi-Fi services, fiber path, handoff routers, and security routers. The contract will have a base year and two one-year options. • Provide high-speed internet services to CAVHS locations • Provide Wi-Fi services with existing hardware • Provide fiber path and handoff routers • Provide security routers and configure for internet access • Provide programmer access and operator instructions • Ensure minimal downtime for the systems
