Charter Bus Services

The Ysleta Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide charter bus services. The district is looking for vendors who can provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for its students and staff. The contract will be awarded on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period, which ends on June 30, 2030. • The vendor must have experience in providing charter bus services to schools or similar organizations. • The vendor must have a good safety record and be able to provide proof of insurance. • The vendor must be able to provide a variety of bus sizes and types to accommodate different groups and events. • The vendor must be able to provide transportation services on a regular basis, including daily routes and special events. • The vendor must be able to provide a dedicated account manager to handle all logistics and communication.
