The Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) is seeking vendors to supply a broad range of miscellaneous construction materials on a firm‑fixed‑price basis for an initial three‑year term, with up to two one‑year renewal options and a possible twelve‑month extension. The contract is non‑exclusive, meaning PGCPS may issue multiple purchase orders as needs arise, and vendors must price every line item listed in the solicitation. The award will be based on the lowest total price among responsible and responsive bidders, with MBE participation goals of 15 % of contract dollars.
