HHS Phase 2 Site Improvements

The district is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a turnkey, competitive sealed‑proposal project for Phase 2 site improvements at Horizon High School. The scope includes demolition, grading, landscaping, construction of restrooms, concessions, ticket booth, sidewalks, paved areas, and all associated permits, labor, and materials. Six optional alternates are also offered. Bidders must submit a base bid and may submit alternates; a virtual pre‑bid meeting is scheduled, and a site visit can be arranged.
