As-Needed Prefabricated Concrete Drain Structures, Pipes and Parts

The City of San Diego is seeking a vendor to supply, and when necessary fabricate, a full range of prefabricated concrete storm‑drain products—including gaskets, box risers, cleanouts, manhole covers, catch basins, reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and related appurtenances—on an as‑needed basis for a five‑year period. Delivery is to designated City sites; installation and off‑loading are performed by City personnel. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder and will be a fixed‑price, firm‑burdened, FOB‑destination agreement. • Supply and, if required, fabrication of precast concrete storm‑drain components per City standards and ASTM specifications. • Deliver materials to City‑specified locations; City handles off‑loading and installation. • Five‑year “as‑needed” contract with no guaranteed minimum quantity; pricing based on unit rates listed in the solicitation. • Mandatory compliance with City’s insurance, bonding, equal‑opportunity, and other contract requirements.
