Los Angeles Unified School District is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a complete theatrical lighting system—including control consoles, fixtures, DMX/RDM networking gear, power distribution, and related hardware—plus one‑day on‑site commissioning and one‑day training for the Valley Oaks Center for Enriched Studies (VOCES) Magnet High School in Sun Valley, CA. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that can deliver the entire lot as a single, functional unit, meeting all technical specifications, lead‑time expectations, and mandatory certifications (ethics, sweat‑free, small‑business participation, insurance, etc.). Delivery is FOB destination with the vendor responsible for all freight and packaging; the district will add sales tax on the purchase order. • Provide a fully integrated lighting control system (RigSwitch+, Vision.NET consoles, DMX splitters, power supplies, LED fixtures, wireless show‑control units). • Perform one‑day on‑site system commissioning and one‑day operator training (≤ 8 hrs each). • Submit a lump‑sum/lot price covering all equipment, freight, and the two service days; comply with extensive insurance and certification requirements.
