Description
The State of Washington Department of Ecology is seeking to lease approximately 4,578 BOMA rentable square feet of existing warehouse and office space in Clark County. The lease must be for a minimum of five years (up to ten years) and be ready for occupancy by 1 April 2027. Preferred sites are in the City of Vancouver or along the I‑5/I‑205 corridor, with requirements that include at least 17 secured parking stalls (including EV Level 2 charging capability), a single‑floor layout, office cubicles, a conference space, a chemical‑testing sample room with emergency shower, hazardous‑material storage, and basic utilities. The procurement is at the market‑search stage; a formal solicitation will follow.
