The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Refugee Resettlement is seeking industry information on the availability of existing state-licensed and nationally accredited secure care and Heightened Supervision Facility (HSF) residential care providers for unaccompanied alien children minors. The providers should have the capacity to provide residential care for 30 secure and 20 HSF placements. • The facilities should be located within the contiguous United States. • The providers should be state-licensed and nationally accredited. • The providers should have the capacity to provide residential care for unaccompanied alien children. • A virtual information session is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EST.
