Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Telecommunication and Wireless Services for AKARNG - United Utilities LLC

The United States Army intends to award a sole-source contract to United Utilities Inc for comprehensive telecommunications services, including voice, internet, video, and business support. The contract will have a base period of 8 months and four 12-month option periods. The contractor will provide a full suite of telecommunications and data services, including landline, mobile, and VoIP services, as well as internet, video, and business support services. The contractor will also provide equipment, customer support, and billing and account management services. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
