Yamaha All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking to procure 285 Yamaha All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) for various locations. The ATVs must meet the specifications and descriptions in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested vendors must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation and submit their quote package via email to Jesus Solis, Contract Specialist. The quote package must include a letter of authorization from the manufacturer, pricing schedule, technical details, and past performance and prior delivery order experience questionnaire responses. • The procurement is set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 336999. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government. • The contract price includes all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes and duties. • The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection, labor standards, and procurement integrity.
