Unclaimed Property Online Auction

The State of Montana, Montana Department of Revenue, is seeking a contractor to provide online auction services for unclaimed property. The contractor will be responsible for providing appraisal services for the auction items. The contract requires the contractor to comply with the instructions and procedures presented in the Limited Solicitation document. The contractor must also review and accept the Single Point of Contact information, Q & A Board information, Vendor Registration information, contract, Scope of Services, and Pricing Schedule. • The contractor must provide their full company name, address, and phone number. • The contractor must list the contact(s) for their company who can answer questions regarding their submitted response. • The contractor must download and review the attached Scope of Services document and thoroughly address each item in the document. • The contractor must download and review the attached pricing schedule and thoroughly address each item in the document. • The contractor must provide all appraisal services as required in the sample list of auction items.
