The shows will be part of the "FREEDOM 250" celebration to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the independence of the United States of America. The contractor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive creative concept, programming drones, obtaining regulatory approvals, and ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in drone light shows and demonstrate execution of large-scale shows (500+ drones). • The contractor must comply with all regulations, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a detailed scope of work, including creative development, drone programming, equipment requirements, and logistics. • The contractor must ensure that all services are performed and no more than one customer complaint is received per show. • The contractor must provide post-event deliverables, including high-resolution video and photography, and a completion report.
