Service Agreement for Smiths Detection Lightweight Chemical Detectors

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to negotiate a sole source service agreement with Smiths Detection for customized service for 24 Smiths Detection Lightweight Chemical Detectors (LCDs) used at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) in Anniston, AL. The anticipated period of performance is through April 30, 2027, plus a 1-year option. • The service agreement is for the existing base of Smiths Detection LCDs. • The acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. • There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. • Capability statements shall be submitted by email only as a MS Word or Adobe PDF attachment to Laura Harshbarger.
