The State of North Dakota is seeking a full‑service travel‑management provider to handle all domestic and international travel bookings for its agencies, including airfare, rail, hotel, group travel coordination, 24‑hour emergency support, and detailed financial reporting for p‑card reconciliation. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price with adjustment, spanning two years with options for extensions, and the vendor must meet strict technology, security, and accreditation requirements (ARC/IATAN, FedRAMP/HITRUST, etc.). • Provide end‑to‑end travel reservation services (air, rail, hotel) for state employees and eligible cooperative‑purchasing entities. • Deliver a secure, web‑based portal that integrates with the State’s financial system for monthly p‑card reconciliation and reporting. • Maintain 24/7 emergency assistance, group‑travel expertise, and compliance with the Fly America Act and other federal travel regulations.
