Aerial Reconnaissance Services

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide aerial reconnaissance services, including flying Corps of Engineers personnel over project sites for reconnaissance level inspections, as well as providing uncontrolled oblique aerial photography, georectified photos/videos, drone photography, and aerial mapping. The contractor must meet all requirements and certifications necessary for transporting federal government employees. Key aspects of the job include: • Flying Corps of Engineers personnel over project sites • Providing uncontrolled oblique aerial photography, georectified photos/videos, drone photography, and aerial mapping • Meeting all requirements and certifications necessary for transporting federal government employees • Providing GPS metadata encoding that meets the MISB standard • Providing location information that can be shown in Google Earth while video is playing
