X-Ray Machine Maintenance Services

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking sources for X-Ray Machine Maintenance Services. The services include regular scheduled maintenance and repair on the Astrophysics Inc XIS-1080 Midsize X-Ray Inspection System. The system is critical for daily operations, screening all incoming mail, packages, and freight. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, and the work will be performed at the NIST Gaithersburg, Maryland location. The contractor will be required to provide certified technicians, perform routine maintenance, and respond to emergency repair calls within a specified time frame. • The contractor must have experience in maintaining and repairing X-Ray machines. • The contractor must be able to provide certified technicians. • The contractor must be able to respond to emergency repair calls within 4 hours. • The contractor must be able to provide routine maintenance and repair services. • The contractor must be able to provide compliance and service reports.
