Budget estimate

$50,000 – $150,000

The solicitation notes “Discretionary procurements less than $150,000,” indicating the total contract value will be somewhere below that ceiling. Based on typical fire‑alarm system costs for a medium‑size facility (materials, labor, testing, permits, and prevailing‑wage compliance), a realistic range is roughly $50,000 to $140,000. The lower bound reflects a minimal system with basic coverage; the upper bound assumes a more extensive system with higher‑end components and full documentation.
