Unleaded and Diesel Fuel

The City of Nashua is seeking bids from qualified bidders to supply regular unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel to City locations for a one-year contract period. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The City estimates an annual usage of 180,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline and 130,000 gallons of ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel. Bidders must provide a fixed price per gallon that includes all taxes, fees, delivery costs, and other charges. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to negotiate any change or amendment in any bid without soliciting further bids. • The contract requires the supplier to deliver fuel to various City locations within a 24-hour time period. • The supplier must provide fuel samples for testing and submit laboratory test results to the City. • The supplier must maintain insurance coverage, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The City will not be responsible for spillage during deliveries except to the extent that a spill results from the acts or omissions of City employees or agents.
