F--Air Tactical Group Supervision (ATGS)

The U.S. Department of the Interior is issuing an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract for Air Tactical Group Supervision (ATGS) flight services to support the United States Wildland Fire Service (USWFS). Contractors must provide on‑call and exclusive‑use aircraft meeting stringent performance, equipment, and crew qualifications, and be able to operate from any base in the contiguous United States or Alaska. The contract includes requirements for aircraft certification, payload, endurance, speed, pilot and mechanic qualifications, safety management, insurance, and optional Operational Load Monitoring. Task orders will be issued for on‑call or exclusive‑use missions, with pricing submitted via detailed schedules.
