The U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires is seeking quotations for tent rental services for the Independence Day Reception. The contractor will provide tents, generators, and other necessary equipment for the event, which will take place on June 30, 2026. The contractor must ensure that all work is performed on-site, and the schedule of activities will be coordinated with the Embassy's events. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, tools, and equipment, as well as skilled labor and supervision. The contractor must also ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the Embassy's specifications and regulations. Some key aspects of the job include: • Provision and installation of tents and other structures at the Ambassador's Residence • Connection to the main building and main and VIP entrance tunnels • Leveling of floors and provision of carpeting and wooden dance floors • Installation of a complementary stage support structure and entrance steps • Provision and installation of a roof structure with sides to protect the catering and food handling area • Connection and monitoring of the heating system for the front and rear tents • Provision and installation of removable transition ramps at the thresholds between the house and the tent • Submission of technical documentation, work plan, and health and safety plan prior to the start of work • Daily cleaning of areas and removal of wires, nails, screws, etc.
