MAINTENANCE OF GENERATOR AND AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCHES

The Department of Health (DOH), Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), is seeking a contractor for the maintenance of two emergency generators and automatic transfer switches on the hospital grounds. The contractor will be required to perform three quarterly and one annual maintenance of the generators and switches. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-conference site visit and upload completed forms and supporting documents. The contractor must also be compliant with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) to be eligible for award. • The maintenance includes performing three quarterly and one annual maintenance of two emergency generators and automatic transfer switches. • The contractor must fill out documentation and turn it in within 24 hours after completion of the quarterly maintenance service. • The contractor must submit an inspection checklist within 24 hours of the annual maintenance service. • The contractor must perform three quarterly and one annual maintenance of the low voltage bypass automatic transfer switches at the upper campus and lower campus.
