2026-028 2026 Mill & Fill Paving Program

The City of Lewiston is seeking bids for the 2026 Mill & Fill Paving Program. The work includes resurfacing or rehabilitating streets or roads, utility cover adjustments, water gate box lowering and raising, tack coat, shim, and overlay; driveway preparation and lawn and driveway restoration; pavement removal, common excavation, aggregate base gravel; erosion and traffic control and cleanup. • The bid security must be in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. • A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder. • The total Contract price shall mean the total bid price as stated in the Proposal based on the estimated quantities of the various items of work. • E-mailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.
