Kitchen Equipment, Supplies, and Repair

Region 16 Education Service Center, on behalf of the TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative, is seeking one or more vendors to provide a broad range of kitchen equipment, supplies, and repair services to Texas public‑sector members. The contract will be a cooperative purchasing agreement that allows TexBuy members (school districts, government agencies, nonprofits) to order “as‑needed” items from the awarded vendor(s). Proposals must include catalog pricing (discounts off manufacturer list), delivery terms (FOB destination, two‑business‑day delivery), and any optional assembly or installation fees. The initial contract term is one year with the possibility of up to three one‑year renewals (maximum four years). Evaluation will be based primarily on price (50 %) and also on vendor reputation, quality, fit, past performance, and HUB status.
