USCGC Healy Relief Valves Overhaul

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to inspect, overhaul, and test two relief valves (PN: S8LJE‑02RF1‑03RF1‑SS‑H2‑TB) for the icebreaker USCGC HEALY. Work must be performed at the contractor’s facility and include disassembly, cleaning, detailed inspection, replacement of all soft‑goods with genuine OEM parts, reassembly, hydrostatic and leakage testing, and delivery of condition‑found and test reports. The Government will supply the two valves and ship them to the contractor, who must return them to the Seattle base within two days of completion.
