Chargemaster Review Services

The State of Nebraska DHHS seeks a qualified consultant to perform Chargemaster review services for critical‑access hospitals across the state. The contractor will analyze each hospital’s charge master, benchmark pricing, provide recommendations, conduct executive and board presentations, and supply six months of post‑implementation planning support. The work is performed on a per‑hospital basis with 2–3 hospitals assigned each year, and the contract includes an initial one‑year term with up to four optional one‑year renewals. • Conduct a full Chargemaster audit (kick‑off, mid‑year narrative, final report) for each assigned hospital. • Deliver in‑person and virtual presentations to executive leadership and board members. • Provide six‑month post‑implementation advisory support and training for revenue‑cycle staff. • Submit cost proposals per hospital for each deliverable; pricing is fixed for the initial year and each optional renewal year.
