FFU and LAFW HEPA Filter Replacement and Certification Services

Coastal Carolina University’s Marine Science Laboratory requires a qualified contractor to replace HEPA filtration components on four Fan‑Filter Units (FFU) and one Laminar‑Air‑Flow Workstation (LAFW), and to perform certification testing to verify ISO‑5 cleanroom standards after installation. The scope includes supply of new HEPA filters, removal and installation services, travel (if needed), and comprehensive documentation of certification results. • Provide 4 replacement HEPA filters for FFUs and 2 filters for the LAFW (as amended). • Perform removal, installation, and disposal of old filters, including all labor, equipment, and travel. • Conduct certification testing and deliver official reports confirming ISO‑5 compliance for each unit. • Complete work within 30 calendar days of receipt of the purchase order, with all materials and services delivered to 107 Chanticleer Dr East, Conway, SC 29526.
