ITB PREPARATION SUPPORT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF A 7 MILLION GALLON A DAY WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The City of Ashland is seeking qualifications-based proposals from professional engineering consultants for all engineering services required for Project 2018-20, ITB Preparation Support and Project Management of a 7 Million Gallon a Day Water Treatment Plant. The work includes a review of all drawings and specifications to be included in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the construction of the plant, leading and participating in a Constructability Review, and other engineering and consulting support as needed to prepare a thorough and complete ITB. The project will provide water for the Citizens of Ashland for the next 30-50+ years. Key tasks include: • Review of all project specifications and drawings • Leading and participating in a Constructability Review • Preparation of a clear, consistent, fit for purpose, constructable bid package • Project Management support to lead the Construction and Commissioning of the Water Treatment Plant The City is looking for a consultant with experience in similar projects, a strong team, and a well-planned approach to the work.
