Description
Ohio’s Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) seeks proposals from qualified mental‑health service providers to supply at least two dedicated, qualified staff members who will serve as a point of contact and help alleviate limited resources and support for its client population. The contract will be managed through OhioBuys, with all inquiries and submissions required to be filed there. The solicitation is open for bidding from early June through early July 2026 and follows a double‑envelope RFP process.
