Dishwashing/Laundry Chemicals

The Rockingham County Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Assisted Living, and the Department of Corrections are seeking proposals for the supply of dishwashing and laundry chemicals and service of dispensing equipment for a period of two years, effective August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2027. The successful vendor will be required to provide and maintain chemical dispensing equipment, and their representative shall be available for regular calls to check stock levels and communicate with supervisory personnel. The vendor must also provide itemized pricing, including shipping or freight, and must have professional liability/errors and omissions insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. • The vendor must provide dishwashing and laundry chemicals, including Alkali, Surfactant, Bleach, Sour, and Softener. • The vendor must provide dispensing equipment and maintain it on a regular monthly basis. • The vendor must have a comprehensive general liability insurance policy, including contractual liability coverage, with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. • The vendor must comply with all specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP. • The vendor must submit a proposal that includes all necessary information, including pricing, insurance, and contract details.
