Statewide Provision of Temporary Emergency Drinking Water

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking contractors to provide temporary emergency drinking water at locations throughout the state on an as-needed basis. The resulting contracts will be conducted in accordance with applicable sections of the Wisconsin Administrative (Wis. Admin.) NR Code 738 and the attached terms and conditions. The scope of work includes responding to requests to provide temporary emergency drinking water. • The contractor will be required to provide temporary emergency drinking water at locations throughout the state. • The contractor will be selected based on their ability to respond to requests on an as-needed basis. • The contract will be conducted in accordance with applicable sections of the Wisconsin Administrative (Wis. Admin.) NR Code 738 and the attached terms and conditions.
