Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Gilbert Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for approximately 4,000 employees. The contract will begin July 1 2027 and run through June 30 2028, with a guaranteed rate through June 30 2030 and optional two‑year extensions. The provider must deliver a benefit package that mirrors the current structure (minimum ten counseling sessions per participant per year), supply bilingual (English/Spanish) promotional materials, quarterly utilization reports, orientation and training seminars, and monthly invoicing with 15‑day payment terms. Evaluation will consider qualifications, price, ability to perform, and responsiveness. The District will award the contract to the most advantageous proposal based on these criteria.
