Description
This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide and administer MyVideoSpot accounts for approximately 800 administrators and teachers within the ACCESS Virtual Learning environment. The contract covers unlimited storage, sharing, and use of all media and assessment tools, as well as provisioning of user accounts via LDAP/Active Directory, GSuite, Azure, or Single Sign‑On (SSO). The engagement is structured as a Quick Quote with a total ceiling of $25,000, renewable annually for up to five years, and the service period runs from July 1 2020 through June 30 2027.
• Provide 800 MyVideoSpot accounts (admin & teacher) with unlimited storage and media tools.
• Configure account provisioning through LDAP/AD, GSuite, Azure, or SSO integrations.
• Deliver ongoing support, licensing management, and compliance with state procurement terms.
