Emergency Procurement for Group Care Services for High Acuity Youth

The Department of Social Services is procuring the services of HHA Cares II to provide group care services to high acuity youth using a small group home model. This will provide more intensive supervision and support than traditional group care. The program will serve youth who are experiencing or are at risk for extreme placement instability.
