2026 Railyard Live Food and Beverage, Venue Management Services

The City of Rogers is seeking qualified food and beverage, as well as venue management service providers to operate as concessionaires and venue management at certain Railyard Live concerts in 2026. The selected vendors will be required to provide a variety of high-quality options to event attendees. The contract will be awarded to the most qualified proposer based on the evaluation criteria, which includes qualifications of firm, qualifications of staff, technical approach, conceptual food and beverage menu, and possible interview. The contract may be terminated at any time for the convenience of the City. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The City encourages all qualified small business enterprises and veteran-owned business enterprises to submit proposals. • The City complies with all civil rights provisions and federal statutes and related authorities that prohibit discrimination in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance. • The successful proposer shall not assign the whole or any part of the resulting contract or any monies due or to become due hereunder without written consent of the City. • The contract is binding upon and inure to the benefit of the City or its assigns and is governed by the Law of the State of Arkansas.
