59--SELECTOR,ANTENNA, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to repair, test, inspect, and return to “Ready for Issue” condition up to 50 units of the Selector Antenna (NSN 7RH‑5985‑014723255). The effort includes: • Initial induction of up to 6 units with a 365‑day induction period (extendable to a second year). • Mandatory compliance with MIL‑STD‑130 markings, ISO‑9001/AS9100 quality system, and specific wiring (SAE‑AS22759) requirements. • Required repair turnaround time (RTAT) to be defined by the contractor and met for each asset. • Contractor must provide all tooling, parts, and labor; no government‑furnished equipment will be supplied. • Options for up to 50 total units, with separate pricing for the second year if rates change. • Detailed documentation, configuration management, and quality assurance plans are required. • Induction, throughput constraints, and handling of Beyond Economic Repair (BER), Missing on Induction (MOI), and Over‑and‑Above Repair (OAR) items are governed by Navy procedures. • The contract may be exercised for any quantity up to the maximum; pricing will be based on the highest unit price multiplied by the total units.
