This public‑notice solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to design and construct a comprehensive pedestrian safety improvement package along a 2.47‑mile stretch of MD 2 (Governor Ritchie Highway) in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The work includes building new separated shared‑use paths, converting existing shoulders to shared‑use lanes, realigning access roads, upgrading traffic signals and bus stops to ADA‑compliant standards, reconstructing sidewalks, curb ramps, storm‑drain infrastructure, and related site work such as grading, erosion control, landscaping, and traffic maintenance.
