2026-03 GASOLINE AND ULTRA LOW SULFUR DIESEL FUEL

The Town of West Warwick is requesting proposals for the delivery of both Unleaded 89 Ethanol and Premium Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel to be delivered to their gas island location. The contract will be for one year beginning on January 1, 2026. The town has two 5,000-gallon tanks and uses Ekos software for their Gas Boy Island. • The proposal must include prices for both types of fuel. • The bidder must be normally engaged in the purveying of the type of material, supplies or equipment bid on. • All product deliveries are to be FOB to the Town of West Warwick Department of Public Works Gas Island. • The bidder must provide all applicable Material Safety Data Sheets and Right to Know materials. • The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
