ISP NETWORK AND OPS MGMT SERVICES PROVIDER

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Network and Operations Management Services for its Internet Service Provider operations. The project involves managing and maintaining the tribe's network infrastructure, ensuring performance, compliance, and quality of service. The selected vendor will be responsible for 24/7 monitoring, fault detection, and resolution, as well as regular maintenance, software updates, and performance optimization. The vendor will also provide customer support, manage outside plant services, and ensure cybersecurity compliance. • Key tasks include network operations and management, capacity planning, outside plant services, cybersecurity, customer support, and business development. • The project requires compliance with various regulations, including the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program and the Broadband Deployment Program. • The selected vendor will be expected to deliver outstanding technical performance, maintain strong customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the tribe to expand network capabilities and train tribal members in core broadband operations.
