Written Translation Services for the Immersion Program

Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) seeks qualified vendors to provide written translation services for its K‑12 immersion program. The contract will cover translation of curricular materials (textbooks, worksheets, slides, etc.) from English into French, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese, with strict turnaround times that vary by grade level and document length. The award will be a three‑year fixed‑rate contract with two optional one‑year renewals and a possible 12‑month extension.
