Investment Counsel

The Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS) is seeking proposals from law firms to provide investment counsel and other related legal services on an ad hoc basis. The selected law firm will be required to provide legal services to PSERS, including representing PSERS in investment matters and providing legal advice on various issues. The law firm will be expected to work with PSERS' in-house counsel and members of PSERS' Investment Office. The contract will be for a term of 3 years, with the option to renew for an additional 5 years.
