Werner Park - Central Stairs Refurbishment

This sealed‑bid solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to refurbish the central stair and a portion of the upper deck at Werner Park in Papillion, Nebraska. The work must be completed by March 5 2027, prior to the 2027 baseball season, and includes selective demolition, steel fabrication, precast concrete stair tread installation, concrete deck pouring, polyurethane floor coating, painting, and related site work. Two optional alternates are offered: a galvanized steel plate on the stair stringer and an expanded upper‑deck replacement.
