Mayville State Food Service Contractor

Mayville State University, through the University of North Dakota procurement office, is seeking a qualified food‑service contractor to operate and manage all campus dining operations, including cafeteria, retail outlets, and catering services. The contractor must provide staffing, training, equipment maintenance, procurement, sanitation, nutrition planning, marketing, and compliance with federal, state, and university regulations. • Deliver comprehensive dining services (residential, retail, catering) on the MSU campus starting no later than July 1 2027. • Manage all food‑service equipment owned by MSU, maintain sanitation standards, and integrate a new POS system with existing campus housing/meal‑plan systems. • Provide staffing plans, training programs, nutrition‑aware menu development, and a marketing strategy while adhering to USDA, FDA, and NSF standards. • Participate in a mandatory pre‑proposal conference/site visit on September 22 2026 and submit a full technical and cost proposal by October 6 2026. • Contract includes a 2‑year base term with up to four optional two‑year extensions, total possible duration of 10 years.
